A Sound Bath Journey! Join us on the first Wednesday of each month on a meditative journey designed to relax your mind, body and spirit through the healing power of sound and vibration. Led by Patty Vaillancourt, Certified Sound & Vibrational Practitioner.
Participants are required to furnish their own yoga mat, pillow and blanket.
Classes are scheduled to be taught in the Garden Lodge.
