RN-Lifeguard Class - RNS434

Learn lifesaving skills to help keep people safe in, on and around the water. These jobs are high in demand!

Successfully complete the course prerequisites prior to registering:
Swim-tread-swim sequence without stopping to rest:
-swim 150 yards using the front crawl, breaststroke or a combination of both.
-2 minute treading of water using only the legs
-Swim 50 yards using the front crawl, breaststroke or a combination of both

Timed event within 1 minute, 40 seconds:
-Starting in the water, swim 20 yards and retrieve 10lb object
-Bring object back to wall maintaining face and object at waters surface.

Friday: 5:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Sat & Sun: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
*all dates must be attended

PCSB Spring Break Class
March. 16 - 19 at Ross Norton Rec
This course is Monday - Thursday.
8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. daily
*all dates must be attended

Cost: $65 with recreation card, $85 without recreation card
